Pathways To Success High School for the school year 2025-2026.

Dr. Hemphill brings extensive experience in urban and suburban educational settings, having served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and instructional leader. He has supported students and families across Texas, most recently serving as Director of Strategic Initiatives for Houston ISD before recently relocating to Michigan with his family.

Dr. Hemphill earned a Doctor of Educational Leadership and a Master of Education in Administration from Southern Methodist University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Modern Languages from Seton Hall University, and an Associate of Science in International Business from Dallas College. He also holds a certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University.

Dr. Hemphill brings a depth of leadership and experience that will serve the Pathways school community well during this time of leadership transition. He looks forward to beginning his service at Pathways To Success School and working alongside the Pathways staff to serve the students, parents and community.
